Als First-Tier-Supplier unseres renommierten Geschäftspartners, Roche Diagnostics in Rotkreuz , suchen wir per sofort einen motivierten und engagierten Instandhaltungsspezialist Automation für einen temporären Einsatz von 1 Jahr, mit Option auf Verlängerung.
Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten
- Wartung und Instandhaltung (ca. 70%): Eigenständige Koordination und Durchführung von planbaren Tätigkeiten, präventiven und korrektiven Wartungsarbeiten sowie Kalibrierungen an hochautomatisierten Maschinen, Roboter- und Laborequipments im regulierten Umfeld
- Störungsbehebung (ca. 30%): Leisten von First- und Second-Level Support im Störungsfall an den Produktionsanlagen, Prozessleit- und Automationssystemen sowie der eingesetzten Software
- GMP-Compliance: Sicherstellung des gesamten Anlagen-, Equipment- und Software-Lebenszyklus, von Inbetriebnahme bis zur Ausserbetriebnahme. Anpassung und Erstellung von Dokumenten für den
Betrieb (z.B. Arbeitsanweisungen, Wartungsanweisungen) und GMP-gerechte Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten
- Zukunftsgestaltung: Aktives Vorantreiben der Digitalisierung der Instandhaltung (Industrie 4.0; Predictive Maintenance, papierlose Dokumentation), um radikale Vereinfachung zu erreichen.
- Teamarbeit und Koordination: Planung von Wartungsfenstern in Absprache mit der Produktion und externen Dienstleistern. Koordination der Ersatzteilbeschaffung
Must-Haves
- Mindestens abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Automation, z.B. Automatiker EFZ, Mechatroniker, Elektroniker oder vergleichbar
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich anspruchsvoller Produktion oder in Automation sowie Praxis im technischen Support.
- Fachkompetenz: Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte zu analysieren und Probleme zu lösen, insbesondere an automatisierten Fertigungsanlagen
- Reguliertes Umfeld: Erfahrung in der Durchführung und Dokumentation, von Tätigkeiten unter Einhaltung strenger Qualitäts- oder GMP-Vorgaben (z.B. Pharma, Medizintechnik, Luftfahrt, Automotiv)
- Einsatzbereitschaft: Bereitschaft zur 2-Schicht-Arbeit und zum Pikettdienst (ca. 5 Wochenenden/Jahr). Eine lokale Nähe zum Arbeitsplatz ist aufgrund des Pikettdienstes ist von Vorteil
- Deutsch fliessend in Wort und Schrift (Dokumentation)
- Teamorientiertes Verhalten
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit zur Sicherstellung einer erfolgreichen Zusammenarbeit mit internen Kunden
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte zu analysieren und Probleme zu lösen
- Bestehende Denkmuster hinterfragen und neue Perspektiven schaffen

- Steuerungstechnik: Fundierte Programmiererfahrung in SPS Steuerungen (Siemens, Allen Bradley oder vergleichbar)
- Digitalisierung: Erfahrung im Umgang mit Prozessleitsystemen und der Anbindung von
Anlagen im 4.0-Umfeld.
- Technische Breite: Erfahrung in der Pneumatik und Elektrotechnik
- Systeme: Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP oder vergleichbaren ERP-Systemen
