Associate Director, Performance Management, BIR

Biogen seeks an Associate Director of Performance Management based in Baar, Switzerland to drive operational analysis and strategic initiatives across the European region. The role partners with internal and external stakeholders to deliver performance insights, manage cross-functional projects, and support regional commercial strategy.
Responsibilities
- Conduct strategic performance analysis and identify trends to support regional decision-making
- Manage cross-functional projects on local and international levels with defined timelines
- Lead workshops and discussions on operational excellence and portfolio performance
- Liaise with country teams, international brands, and functions to solve business challenges
- Support Head of Operations and Therapeutic Area Heads in governance and annual planning processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or MBA preferred
- 10+ years in similar performance management or operations roles
- Prior Business Unit Head experience
- Strong strategic, analytical, and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication across organizational levels
- Financial acumen and ability to navigate ambiguous environments
- Fluency in English; additional European language beneficial
