Night Auditor
Requisiti
- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di Night Auditor, Receptionist o Front Office Agent.
- Buona conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese; altre lingue costituiscono un plus.
- Familiarità con i principali software gestionali alberghieri.
- Precisione, affidabilità e capacità organizzative.
Principali responsabilità
- Accoglienza e assistenza agli ospiti durante le ore notturne.
- Gestione delle procedure di check-in e check-out.
- Supervisione della sicurezza e del corretto funzionamento della struttura durante il turno.
- Chiusura giornaliera dei conti e verifica delle operazioni amministrative.
- Preparazione dei report contabili e delle statistiche giornaliere.
- Gestione delle richieste e delle eventuali problematiche degli ospiti.
Contratto di lavoro a tempo determinato con possibilità di proroga.
Turno notturno dalle 23.00 alle 07.00
