You are comfortable handling several recruitment assignments simultaneously and understand how to adapt your approach depending on the profile, market and business requirement. /ppDirect sourcing is an important part of your expertise. You know how to identify relevant talent, approach passive candidates and develop pipelines rather than relying exclusively on incoming applications. /ppExperience conducting talent mapping or recruitment market research would therefore be particularly valuable. /ppBeyond recruitment delivery, you are confident interacting with stakeholders at different levels of an organisation. /ppYou can challenge constructively, provide clear recommendations and establish credibility with hiring managers and HR colleagues. /ppYou are organised and comfortable working independently while remaining highly collaborative. /ppYou bring strong communication skills, sound judgement and an analytical approach to recruitment challenges. /ppYou are also able to operate effectively in an environment where priorities can evolve quickly. /ppExperience working within an international or matrix organisation would be an advantage, particularly if you have collaborated with teams located across different countries or time zones. /ppDue to the scope of the position, professional proficiency in French, German and English is required. /ph3What's On Offer /h3pYou will join an international environment with significant exposure to business and HR stakeholders while taking ownership of varied recruitment assignments.
