Executive Assistant Variosystems Europe (m/f/d)
Stellenbeschreibung
- Projektkoordination und Projektmanagement-Unterstützung für regionale Initiativen
- Erstellung von Management-Präsentationen, Berichten, Dashboards und Business Reviews
- Koordination von Management-Meetings, Agenden, Protokollen und Follow-up-Aktivitäten
- Administrative Unterstützung fürs Europa Management Team
- Organisation interner Leadership-Meetings und Kundenbesuche
- Unterstützung der bereichsübergreifenden Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit zwischen den europäischen Standorten
- Überwachung von Aufgaben, Fristen und Projektmeilensteinen
- Unterstützung bei Aktivitäten im Bereich Organisationsentwicklung und Change Management
Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation; Weiterbildung im Bereich Assistenz, Betriebswirtschaft oder Projektmanagement von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte Projektmanagement- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und souveräner Umgang mit Stakeholdern
- Hohes Mass an Diskretion und Professionalität im Umgang mit vertraulichen Informationen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint)
- Analytisches Denken sowie ein gutes Verständnis für strukturierte Informationen und Zusammenhänge
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise in einem dynamischen, internationalen Umfeld
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; weitere europäische Sprachen sind von Vorteil
