In your position, you will lead the development and implementation of the company's Quality Management System, further developing software quality policies and strategies. • Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company’s Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring quality is embedded across products, services, and processes.
• Further develop software quality policies and strategies for Swiss AviationSoftware, its products, and its services.
• Ensure alignment of quality policies and strategies with other digital products within Lufthansa Technik’s Digital Tech Ops Ecosystem.
• Define and maintain quality policies, standards, methodologies, governance structures, and documentation to support organizational objectives and regulatory compliance.
• Establish quality metrics, KPIs, and audit frameworks to monitor performance, ensure compliance, and drive data-driven improvements.
• Lead the organization’s Continuous Improvement Program, coaching process owners and fostering a culture of operational excellence.
• Promote best-practice sharing and organizational learning, ensuring alignment of quality and agile practices across teams and departments.
• Partner with senior leadership to embed quality, continuous improvement, and agile excellence into the organization’s strategy, culture, and operating model.

• Master’s degree in computer science, science, information management or similar.
• At least 7 years leadership experience including management of several teams in a position similar to the described one
• Experience in change management, including supporting organizational transformation, stakeholder engagement, and the successful implementation of new processes and initiatives.
• Thorough practical experience in all aspects of the software development life cycle of complex software, ideally in the ERP domain.
• Very good experience and knowledge in automated testing of large and complex ERP system (backend, user interface, performance)
• Deep understanding and experience of Quality Management in general and in the context ofmsoftware development, product implementation and support in particular.
• Well versed in agile principles, tools and concepts.
• Very strong communication skills and expert in building connections.
• English mandatory: excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Additional languages are an advantage
