Your ROLE with us VF Corporation is looking for an exceptional Associate, Data Analyst, Business Intelligence to join our BI implementation team based in Stabio, Switzerland. Let’s talk about the role! We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our EMEA Business Intelligence team. This role is ideal for someone with a foundational understanding of data analytics and business intelligence who is eager to grow their technical and functional skills in a collaborative environment. The successful candidate will support the maintenance and enhancement of Data & Analytics solutions while working closely with senior team members and business stakeholders. How You Will Make A Difference

• Support the development and maintenance of ETL processes using tools such as SAP BODS, SQL Server, and Visual Studio
• Hands on SQL, SAP HANA, Databricks, Power BI, Genie AI, IBM Cognos
• Help monitor and maintain existing data solutions and pipelines
• Participate in the analysis of current BI and analytics platforms to identify improvement opportunities
• Contribute to technical and functional documentation for Data initiatives and migration projects
• Work with business users and technical teams to understand requirements and support the delivery of BI solutions
• Monitor scheduled jobs and escalate issues when necessary
• Support implementation and adoption of Data AI solutions
• Support cloud migration initiatives

Skills for Success

• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL concepts
• Exposure to SAP HANA, SAP BODS, SQL Server, Databricks, Power BI or similar technologies is considered a plus
• Familiarity with Cognitive AI concept and products
• Ability to document processes and technical solutions clearly and accurately
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to understand business processes and translate business requirements into scalable technology and data solutions
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn new technologies
• Effective communication, teamwork and proactiveness skills
• English fluency, both written and spoken, is mandatory

Preferred qualifications

• Academic background in scientific or quantitative disciplines is mandatory
• Up to 2 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field, preferably within multinational and international business environments.
• Experience through internships, academic projects, or professional roles involving data analysis or reporting
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Agile methodology
