Part-time Job - Commission in the Cool Cell (2 days per Week)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of our picking team, prepare customer orders by packing products into crates, organizing them on pallets, and getting everything ready for pickup by our logistics partner. The picking process takes place in our CoolCell, at a temperature of 2–5°C. On average, shifts last around 5 hours (sometimes shorter or longer, depending on workload). Shifts run Sunday through Friday, with two teams (sometimes shorter or longer, depending on workload).
Shift Model: Initially, you will be scheduled for shifts within the following windows: Weekdays (12:00–22:00) and Sundays (09:00–22:00).

• Mon – Fri Early: Starts at 12:00 (approx. 5h)
• Mon – Fri Late: Starts at 14:00 (approx. 7h)
• Sunday Early: Starts at 09:00 (approx. 7h)
• Sunday Late: Starts at 13:00 (approx. 7h)

Note: After the initial training period, you may become eligible for morning shifts (starting between 07:00 and 09:00).

YOUR PROFILE

• You are fluent in English.
• You value speed, reliability, and pay close attention to detail.
• Working in winter temperatures (2–5°C) while wearing warm gear (gloves/hat) is no problem for you.
• You can commit to at least:
  • 2 full weekdays per week (flexible regarding early/late shift).
  • 2 full Sundays per month (flexible regarding early/late shift).
• Logistics or warehouse experience (picking, packing, pallet handling) is a plus, but not required.
• You are a non-smoker. At FELFEL, we value healthy living and high hygiene standards; therefore, you do not smoke during the day and never smell of smoke.
• You hold a valid EU/EFTA passport or a Swiss work permit.
