We have grown stronger through more than 40 financial crises by rethinking the world around us to provide a fresh investment perspective for our clients. /ppb Operational Risk Officer (80-100%) /b /pp We are seeking an Operational Risk Officer to join our Group Operational Risk Management team on a permanent basis. /pp This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to a broad range of operational risk activities within a leading private banking environment. /ppb YOUR ROLE: /b /pulli Prepare and enhance risk management reports for the Group's governance committees and senior management bodies; /lili Perform oversight of operational risk incidents, Issues and Actions, including monitoring the timeliness and quality of recording, follow-up activities and reporting; /lili Support the review and challenge of Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs); /lili Maintain Operational Risk Management tools and data related to RCSAs, Issues and Actions, Incident Management and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) /lili Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and other control functions across the three lines of defence; /lili Contribute to operational risk projects and initiatives led by Group Risk Management or other business areas; /lili Support the development, implementation and maintenance of Operational Risk Management policies, standards and procedures. /li /ulpb YOUR PROFILE : /b /pulli2-3 years of relevant professional experience in the banking or financial services industry.
