Security Specialist Vulnerability Management (m/w/d)

Bist du bereit, eine zentrale Rolle an der Schnittstelle zwischen IT, Cyber Security und Management zu übernehmen? In dieser Funktion prägst und optimierst du das Vulnerability Management für die gesamte Bank und sorgst dafür, dass die entsprechenden Risiken transparent und steuerbar werden. Du stärkst die Sicherheit unserer Systeme und unterstützt Teams dabei, Massnahmen risikobasiert zu priorisieren. Dabei kombinierst du analytisches Denken, technisches Know-how und wirkungsvolles Stakeholder-Management, von IT-Mitarbeitenden bis hin zum Top-Management.
Deine Aufgaben
- Identifizieren und priorisieren von Schwachstellen sowie Zuweisen an die zuständigen Verantwortlichen
- Beraten von Applikations- und Systemverantwortlichen bei der Behebung von Schwachstellen
- Erkennen und Initiieren der Behebung von übergreifenden Schwachstellen, die mehrere Systeme betreffen
- Weiterentwickeln der Prozesse rund um das Vulnerability Management (z. B. Ausnahmebehandlung, False Positives)
- Unterstützen in der Konsolidierung und Weiterentwicklung der Vulnerability-Werkzeuge
- Erstellen von regelmässigen Reportings an das Management zur Schwachstellenlage, zu Fristen und zu Trends
- Unterstützen in der Organisation von Penetrationstests und Red-Team-Aktivitäten
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbarer Arbeitserfahrung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Cyber-Security-Umfeld
- Gute Kenntnisse in der technischen Analyse von Schwachstellen sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit Ticketing-Systemen
- Erfahrung mit Datenanalyse und Darstellung sind ein Plus (bspw. SQL, Tableau, etc.).
- Sicher im Umgang mit technischen Diskussionen in Applikations- und Systemteams
- Kommunikationsstarke, durchsetzungsfähige Persönlichkeit mit einer strukturierten und lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
