As our Trade Retail Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for bringing the Altra brand to life across our wholesale partner network throughout EMEA. /p pThis role sits at the intersection of marketing and sales, ensuring that our retailers have the tools, support and activation plans needed to drive awareness, consideration and sell‑through at the point of purchase. /p pYou will lead the planning and execution of trade marketing investments, collaborate with regional sales teams to identify opportunities, and work closely with global and agency partners to develop best‑in‑class retail marketing assets. /p pA key focus of this role will be elevating Altra’s presence in-store and online. /p pFrom shop‑in‑shops and window campaigns to retailer web banners, product launches and seasonal toolkits, you will help ensure every consumer touchpoint reflects the strength of the Altra brand. /p h3How You Will Make a Difference /h3 pbTrade Marketing Planning Investment /b /p ul liManage Altra's EMEA trade marketing budget and investment plans. /li liPartner with regional sales teams to allocate resources across key markets, retailers and growth opportunities. /li liDirectly manage the marketing activities with selected key accounts. /li liDevelop retailer activation plans that support both sell‑in and sell‑through objectives. /li liTrack performance and ensure trade marketing investment delivers measurable business impact. /li /ul pbRetail Marketing Toolkit Development /b /p ul liLead the development and deployment of Altra's retail marketing toolkit across EMEA Distributor partners. /li liCollaborate with Global Marketing teams to adapt global assets for regional needs. /li liWork with agency and production partners to develop best‑in‑class retail marketing solutions. /li liManage retail assets including windows, POS, shop‑in‑shops, retailer digital content, web banners and launch toolkits. /li liContinuously elevate Altra's in‑store and online brand presentation. /li /ul pbRetail Execution Education /b /p ul liSupport the execution of retail marketing activities across wholesale and owned retail environments. /li liDevelop retailer education and sales support materials in partnership with the Tech Rep team. /li /ul pbSkills for Success /b /p ul liStrong understanding of wholesale retail environments and the role trade marketing plays in driving sell‑through. /li liDeep knowledge of retail marketing best practices, shopper marketing principles and point‑of‑sale activation. /li liExperience developing retail marketing toolkits for both physical and digital retail channels. /li liUnderstanding of visual merchandising principles and how brand presentation influences shopper behaviour. /li liAbility to build compelling retailer activation plans that align marketing investment with commercial objectives. /li liStrong understanding of retailer marketing channels including POS, windows, shop‑in‑shops, retailer websites, digital banners and sales support materials. /li liExcellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple markets, retailers and stakeholders simultaneously. /li liStrong budget management and reporting skills. /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities. /li liAnalytical mindset with the ability to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify optimisation opportunities. /li /ul h3What’s in it For You /h3 pWe’re in the business of unleashing human potential, driven by the ideas, energy and commitment of our people.
