Aufgaben
- Organisation des Front- und Back-Office
- Erstellung der Arbeitspläne
- Einführung & Schulung der neuen MitarbeiterInnen Weiterausbildung Umsetzung der Geschäftspolitik bezüglich Preise, Sonderangebote etc
- Kontrollen der ein- und ausgehenden Korrespondenz & Kontakte, vor allem Email- und Telefon-Kontakte
- Teilnahme an den regelmässigen Kadersitzungen unter Leitung der Direktion
- Vertretung der Rezeptionsbelange gegenüber allen Abteilungen und der Direktion
- Pflege der Kontakte mit Best Western Stellen, Tour Operators etc
- Integration und Ueberprüfung der Night Auditors in die Front Desk Organisation Regelmässige Beurteilung der Performance der Mitarbeiter zu Handen der Direktion
- Kontakte mit den Software-Konsulenten
Anforderungen
Wir suchen eine Persönlichkeit mit profunder Erfahrung im Bereich Front Desk und Back-Office sowohl in der Schweiz als auch im Ausland
Die Aufgaben einer Rezeptionistin sind im Stellenangebot für Rezeptionistinnen aufgeführt; Selbstverständlich wird die Kenntnis aller dieser Aufgaben vorausgesetzt Ausgepräge organisatorische Fähigkeitrn, exzellente Kommunikations-Fähigkeiten, Einfühlungsvermö-gen in MitarbeiterInnen, und Gäste, Loyalität gegenüber der Direktion
Die Aufgaben an der Reception und vor allem am Front Desk mutieren mehr und mehr zu einer sozialen und psychologischen Herausforderung im Umgang mit immer anspruchsvolleren Gästen Gute PC-Kenntnisse sind eine wichtige Voraussetzung für eine korrekte und verantwortungs-volle Tätigkeit am Front Desk Aber das Herzstück der Arbeit an der Front des Geschehens ist die Art & Weise, wie wir mit den Gästen umgehen, Wünsche & Anliegen verstehen und in der Lage sind, darauf einzugehen
Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Front Desk und zur Koordination der Aufgaben mit dem Back-Office suchen wir per sofort einen Reception Manager oder eine Reception Managerin. Es handelt sich um eine neugeschaffene Kaderstelle. Im Hotel Bellevue au Lac ist die Reception, als Oberbegriff für das Front- und Back-Office, das Alpha & Omega des Hotellebens, beginnend mit einem ersten Kontakt eines Gastes bis zu seiner Ankunft, Betreuung im Hotel und bis zur Abreise.
