Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten
Du bringst das Windmobil sicher zu seinen Einsatzorten und sorgst dafür, dass es vor Ort professionell und einladend präsentiert wird.
Du richtest den Informationsstand ein und kümmerst dich um Technik, Videos und Informationsmaterial.
Du unterstützt unsere Projektteams bei Informationsveranstaltungen und Events und bist Ansprechperson für Besucherinnen und Besucher.
Du organisierst Locations, koordinierst Präsentationsmaterial und unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung von Apéros.
Du bist flexibel im Einsatz – gelegentlich auch abends oder am Wochenende.
Profil & Anforderungen
Führerausweis Kategorie B (zwingend)
Erfahrung in der Organisation oder Durchführung von Veranstaltungen.
Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen sowie ein sicheres und sympathisches Auftreten.
Selbstständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
Affinität zu digitalen Tools und Präsentationstechnik.
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; Französisch ist von Vorteil.
