Support IT Utilisateurs (Onsite) – Secteur Bancaire
Mission
Au sein de l'équipe IT, le technicien Support Utilisateurs assure l'assistance de proximité auprès des collaborateurs de la banque. Il garantit le bon fonctionnement des postes de travail, équipements informatiques et outils bureautiques tout en respectant les exigences de sécurité et de confidentialité propres au secteur bancaire.
Responsabilités principales
Assurer le support de niveau 1 et 2 auprès des utilisateurs sur site.
Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents matériels, logiciels et réseaux.
Installer, configurer et maintenir les postes de travail, laptops, téléphones mobiles et périphériques.
Gérer les demandes et incidents via l'outil de ticketing.
Effectuer le suivi des tickets jusqu'à leur résolution complète.
Assurer les opérations de déploiement, remplacement et renouvellement du matériel informatique.
Participer à la gestion des comptes utilisateurs (Active Directory, droits d'accès, mots de passe).
Accompagner les utilisateurs dans l'utilisation des outils informatiques et des applications métiers.
Collaborer avec les équipes infrastructure, réseau, sécurité et applications.
Maintenir à jour la documentation technique et les procédures.
Respecter les normes de sécurité, de conformité et de confidentialité du secteur bancaire.
Profil recherché
Formation
Diplôme obtenu dans le domaine de l'informatique ou équivalent.
Certifications ITIL, Microsoft ou équivalentes appréciées.
Expérience
1 à 2 ans d'expérience en support informatique de proximité.
Une expérience dans un environnement bancaire ou financier constitue un atout.
Compétences techniques
Windows 10/11.
Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Office).
Active Directory, Azure AD.
Outils de ticketing (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Remedy, etc.).
Gestion des postes de travail et déploiement.
Notions réseau : TCP/IP, VPN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP.
Support des équipements mobiles (iPhone, Android).
Connaissance des bonnes pratiques ITIL.
Compétences personnelles
Excellent sens du service client.
Bonnes capacités de communication.
Esprit d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
Rigueur, discrétion et respect de la confidentialité.
Capacité à travailler dans un environnement exigeant et réglementé.
Langues
Français : courant.
Anglais : professionnel (B2 minimum).
