The company is expanding its AI-driven creative production to deliver product videos and photorealistic imagery that blend conversion strategy with compelling visual storytelling.

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled AI Video and Image Creator to produce high-performing, conversion-focused videos and photorealistic product images for Amazon. The ideal candidate combines expertise in AI video and image tools with a strong sense of visual storytelling, product accuracy, and eCommerce strategy.

You’ll own hands-on production from prompt to finished file, with approximately half your work focused on short-form video and half on photorealistic product imagery. Working under the Creative Director’s guidance, you’ll translate creative briefs and PPC insights into accurate, polished assets for testing. The Creative Director and PPC team will guide creative priorities and testing strategy.

This is a Full-Time remote role , Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST.

We are looking for an AI Video and Image Creator specifically with these requirements:

• Proven experience producing both AI-generated videos and photorealistic AI product images.

• A portfolio featuring at least 3 videos created for paid placements and at least 5 product or lifestyle images used on product detail pages or in ads, including starting references where relevant.

• Hands-on experience with current AI video and image generation tools, with the ability to choose the best tool for each asset and understand limitations such as product drift, text rendering, and fabric detail.

• Strong understanding of Amazon creative strategy and eCommerce conversion design.

• Prompting expertise across stills and motion, including subject consistency, material descriptions, lighting direction, lens and camera language, negative prompts, reference images, and seed control.

• Video editing expertise in Premiere, After Effects, or CapCut, including pacing, color correction, typography, and sound.

• Photoshop and image-retouching skills, including color accuracy, masking, shadows, and artifact cleanup.

• Strong attention to product accuracy, including colorways, pattern scale, fabric sheen, stitching, packaging, and proportions.

• Ability to collaborate with Creative and PPC teams to turn marketing insights into effective visual content.

• Detail-driven and self-sufficient in managing multiple creative projects, organized files, and revisions.

• Willingness to continuously evaluate and adopt new AI tools and techniques.

Nice to Have:

• A background in studio or eCommerce photography.

• Experience with motion design or 3D.

• Experience creating content for bedding, home textiles, or home essentials.

Your responsibility will include (but not limited to):

• Concept, prompt, and produce 5–20 second AI videos for Amazon Sponsored Brand Video, product listings, and Storefronts, plus cutdowns for Meta and TikTok.

• Create content from product photos, lifestyle references, or text prompts, selecting the most suitable tools for each shot.

• Direct image-to-video production by establishing an accurate product appearance before adding motion, camera movement, and ambience without distorting patterns, labels, or proportions.

• Finish videos with editing, color correction, legible typography, sound, and music that meet Amazon specifications.

• Generate photorealistic main images, lifestyle scenes, scale shots, texture close-ups, and A+ content that hold up at resolutions of 2000px or higher.

• Match exact product SKUs, preserving colorways, pattern scale, fabric sheen, stitching, and packaging, and correct hands, bedding folds, and background artifacts before delivery.

• Build repeatable virtual photo shoot setups across sheets, duvet covers, comforters, pillows, and home essentials so new colorways can reuse consistent lighting, angles, and rooms.

• Deliver organized image variants for testing, including background, angle, prop, and lighting variations with consistent product rendering.

• Collaborate with the Creative and PPC teams to address specific search terms, customer objections, and opportunities to improve clicks and conversions.

• Maintain a shared prompt and settings library, including seeds, models, and retouching steps, to make successful results repeatable.

• Track delivered assets, their associated tests, and results while following output, revision, and file-naming standards.

• Review model updates monthly and recommend which tools to adopt, retain, or replace based on output quality and production time.
