You will be responsible for designing scalable enterprise solutions, driving platform innovation, and ensuring technical excellence across Salesforce, integrations, subscription management, billing processes, and adjacent systems. /p pWorking closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and product organizations, you will translate complex requirements into robust, future-proof solutions while contributing to Mobility’s long-term platform strategy. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the architecture and technical design of enterprise-grade solutions across the Salesforce platform and related systems. /li liDesign and oversee complex integrations, contract lifecycle management, subscription management, and billing processes. /li liCollaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. /li liDrive engineering standards, CI/CD processes, deployment governance, and Git-based development practices. /li liSupport and advance the adoption of Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce capabilities as part of Mobility’s platform strategy. /li liAct as the primary technical escalation point for the Salesforce MobiSys team. /li liEnsure adherence to architectural best practices, scalability requirements, security standards, and governance frameworks. /li liContribute to platform modernization, migration initiatives, and continuous improvement activities. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 pProven experience designing enterprise-scale Salesforce architectures, including data modeling, permission frameworks based on least-privilege principles, integration patterns, and governor limit optimization. /p pStrong understanding of scalable Salesforce platform design and architectural governance. /p pExperience designing idempotent integration patterns and leading complex ETL and data migration projects, ideally within finance, billing, or subscription-based environments. /p pDeep understanding of integration architectures and distributed system concepts. /p h3Compliance Security /h3 pExperience designing solutions that comply with financial regulations, data privacy requirements (GDPR), and security audit standards. /p pStrong focus on governance, risk management, and platform security. /p h3Development Platform Expertise /h3 pAdvanced knowledge of Apex design patterns, asynchronous processing, and custom framework development. /p pHands-on expertise with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. /p pStrong experience with deployment and development tools such as Gearset, Git, VS Code, SFDX, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). /p h3Emerging Technologies /h3 pProven architecture and implementation experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce. /p pExperience supporting platform transformation and migration initiatives. /p h3Additional Qualifications /h3 pExperience with CPQ, Billing, Revenue Cloud, subscription management, or contract lifecycle management is a strong advantage. Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification is required.
