Guests can enjoy exquisite dining, with every meal tailored to individual tastes by a Michelin-trained private chef, cutting edge wellness treatments in the 1,000sqm spa, private cinema, arcade room and bespoke experiences designed to foster moments of joy. Mission
- Supervise a team of Room Attendants.
- Ensure the impeccable cleanliness and maintenance of all suites, residences, and public areas throughout the property.
- Coordinate and monitor the work of the Room Attendants.
- Conduct inspections of suites and residences for both arrivals and departures, ensuring cleanliness, guest amenities, VIP setups, and compliance with the property's standards.
- Manage housekeeping equipment, linen, inventories, housekeeping carts, and minibars.
- Train the Housekeeping team on the property's policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Handle unexpected situations promptly, professionally, and efficiently.
- Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate Housekeeping operations with the hotel's other departments.
- Degree in Hospitality Management with a specialization in Rooms Division or Accommodation Management.
- Proven experience in a similar position within the luxury hospitality industry.
- Fluent in French and English; a third language is an asset.
- Excellent general knowledge, with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized, dynamic, and detail-oriented.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Thorough understanding of the expectations and requirements of a high-end clientele.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and respond efficiently to urgent guest requests.
- Versatile, flexible, and fully committed to delivering exceptional guest service.
