HR Coordinator (80-100%) - Talent Acquisition & HR Operations

As our business continues to develop we are looking for an bHR Coordinator /b who will play a key role in supporting our growth from both a Talent Acquisition and HR Operations perspective. /p pThis is a hands‑on position for someone who enjoys recruiting, working closely with hiring managers and candidates, and at the same time being involved in the broader employee lifecycle. /p pThe role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to actively contribute to the further development of our HR processes rather than simply working within already established structures. /p h3Your role /h3 pA major focus of the position will be bTalent Acquisition /b, particularly for IT, consulting, sales and other specialised profiles. /p pYou will manage recruitment processes end-to-end, from understanding the hiring need through to onboarding, while also supporting day-to-day HR activities throughout the employee lifecycle. /p h3Your responsibilities /h3 ul liManage bfull‑cycle recruitment /b for technical and non‑technical positions, from job briefing and job posting to sourcing, screening, interviews, offer management and onboarding. /li liConduct candidate interviews independently in bGerman and English /b. /li liDevelop sourcing strategies and proactively identify suitable candidates, including passive talent. /li liBuild and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. /li liPartner closely with hiring managers to understand requirements, challenge profiles where appropriate and advise on recruitment decisions. /li liCoordinate external recruitment agencies and other recruiting partners. /li liEnsure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. /li liSupport employer branding activities and recruitment initiatives. /li liCoordinate onboarding and offboarding processes. /li liPrepare and manage HR documentation, including contracts, amendments, confirmations and other employee‑related documents. /li liMaintain accurate employee data and HR records. /li liSupport employees and managers with day‑to‑day HR questions. /li liAssist with work permits, relocation and other employment‑related administrative processes where required. /li liSupport payroll preparation and coordination by ensuring that relevant HR data and changes are correctly captured and communicated. /li liContribute to the continuous improvement and further development of HR policies, processes and tools. /li liSupport additional HR and administrative activities when needed. /li liOccasionally travel between Logol’s current and future office locations to support HR activities, onboarding, employee meetings and company initiatives. /li /ul h3What we are looking for /h3 ul libAt least 5 years of relevant experience /b in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting and/or HR Coordination. /li liStrong hands‑on experience with bend‑to‑end recruitment /b, ideally including IT or other specialised professional profiles. /li liProven ability to source candidates proactively and engage passive talent. /li liExperience conducting structured candidate interviews and assessing both skills and motivation. /li liStrong stakeholder‑management skills and confidence working directly with hiring managers. /li liGood understanding of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding and HR administration. /li liKnowledge of bSwiss HR practices and employment law /b; experience with work permits and international employees is an advantage. /li liExperience with ATS/HR systems and LinkedIn Recruiter or comparable sourcing tools. /li libProfessional German, ideally C1 or equivalent – essential. /b You must be comfortable conducting complete recruitment interviews and communicating professionally with candidates and stakeholders in German. /li libVery good English – essential /b, as English is our company language. /li liAdditional languages, particularly Italian or French, are an advantage. /li liSwiss HR qualification such as bHR Assistant / HRSE /b or comparable further education is an advantage. /li liStrong organisational skills, attention to detail and a pragmatic, solution‑oriented approach. /li liWillingness to travel occasionally between Logol locations in Switzerland and, where required, other current or future offices. /li /ul h3The person we are looking for /h3 pYou are comfortable working in an environment that is still evolving.
