Product Marketing Manager, Agentic AI

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Marketing Manager, Agentic AI based in Switzerland. As Product Marketing Manager, Agentic AI, you will shape how enterprise customers understand, evaluate, and adopt AI assurance solutions. You will own positioning, messaging, launches, competitive strategy, and sales enablement for key product lines. Your work will help organizations deploy AI agents with greater confidence, transparency, and control. You will translate complex topics such as AI evaluation, LLM risk, governance, and CX assurance into compelling market narratives. The role offers close collaboration with Product, Sales, Demand Generation, Customer Success, and other cross-functional teams. You will operate in a fast-moving environment where technical credibility, clear communication, and measurable commercial impact are highly valued. Accountabilities - Positioning and messaging: Develop and continuously refine positioning and messaging for agentic AI and customer experience assurance, ensuring narratives remain relevant as the market evolves. - Go-to-market launches: Lead launches for agentic AI product releases, including launch tiering, sales enablement, content development, analyst and media briefings, and post-launch measurement against pipeline objectives. - Competitive strategy: Monitor competing solutions across AI evaluation, contact-center testing, quality assurance, and related categories, providing clear guidance to sales teams on competitive strengths, limitations, and differentiation. - Sales enablement: Develop sales pitches, discovery questions, objection-handling materials, demo narratives, and other resources that help sellers communicate product value effectively.

- Technical content: Create high-quality solution briefs, analyst submissions, webinars, launch content, and conference presentations covering agentic AI assurance, LLM risk, AI governance, and customer experience. - Cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Sales, Demand Generation, and Customer Success to connect product development with customer needs, market positioning, and commercial execution. - Market feedback: Participate in customer and sales conversations to identify messaging gaps, improve positioning, and ensure marketing materials address real-world buyer concerns. Requirements: - Product marketing experience: 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or AI-focused product marketing, ideally within a technically complex environment. - Launch experience: Demonstrated success managing product launches that contributed to measurable pipeline growth, with the ability to communicate outcomes using concrete metrics. - Strong communication: Exceptional writing and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts concisely, specifically, and without unnecessary jargon. - Technical fluency: Comfortable working with technical product teams and communicating with technical buyers. - Enterprise sales experience: Experience supporting enterprise sales motions involving long sales cycles, complex buying processes, and multiple stakeholders. - AI expertise: Experience in AI-native or agentic AI environments is highly valued. - Customer experience knowledge: Background in customer experience or contact-center technologies, including conversational AI, natural language understanding, or contact-center operations, is a strong advantage. - Relevant category experience: Experience in quality assurance, testing, observability, monitoring, or related technology categories is beneficial. - Collaboration: Ability to work effectively across product, sales, demand generation, customer success, and other teams in a fast-paced environment.
