LABORATORY TECHNICIAN – RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT BIOLOGICALS
Stellenbeschreibung
- Eseguire attività di laboratorio finalizzate allo sviluppo di nuovi prodotti biologici e biotecnologici
- Supportare lo sviluppo e l'ottimizzazione di processi di coniugazione tra proteine, anticorpi monoclonali e molecole chimiche
- Svolgere attività sperimentali a supporto di investigazioni legate a deviazioni e change control
- Documentare in modo accurato e conforme tutte le attività di laboratorio svolte
- Collaborare alla preparazione di report tecnici e documentazione scientifica
- Supportare le attività di trasferimento tecnologico verso la Produzione e il Controllo Qualità
- Garantire il corretto funzionamento e la manutenzione ordinaria della strumentazione di laboratorio
- Operare nel rispetto delle procedure di sicurezza e delle normative aziendali
- Mantenere ordine ed efficienza negli ambienti di laboratorio
Ihr Profil
- Formazione universitaria o diploma in Biotecnologie Industriali, Chimica Organica, Biotecnologie o discipline scientifiche affini
- Esperienza minima di 2 anni maturata in ruoli analoghi in contesti farmaceutici, biotech o chimico-farmaceutici
- Conoscenza dei processi di sviluppo biotecnologico e delle tecniche di laboratorio applicate alla ricerca e sviluppo
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata
- Ottima padronanza del pacchetto MS Office
- Precisione, affidabilità e forte attenzione alla qualità del lavoro
- Buone capacità organizzative e comunicative
- Predisposizione al lavoro in team
- Attitudine al problem solving e al raggiungimento degli obiettivi
