Im Rahmen der Nachfolgeplanung suchen wir per sofort für unseren Standort in Oberglatt eine/n
Ihre Aufgaben?
- Abteilungsleitung
- Koordination und Unterstützung der internen Schnittstellen bezüglich Einhaltung von Terminen und Qualität
- Kapazitäts- und Ressourcenplanung aller Konstruktionskapazitäten
- Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Produktsortiments
- Definieren von Konstruktionsstandards
- Fachliche Kontrolle und Freigabe aller Konstruktionsarbeiten
Ihr Hintergrund?
- Abgeschlossene Aus bildung Maschinenbautechniker/in HF oder Maschineningenieur/in FH
- Mehrjährige fundierte Führungserfahrung
- Deutsch fliessend und Englisch B2-Level
- Sehr gute CAD-Kenntnisse (Solid-Works) sowie fundierte PLM-Erfahrung
- Erfahrung mit Lean Management von Vorteil
