Einige deiner Aufgaben

Du arbeitest eng mit dem Küchenteam zusammen und wirst abwechselnd auf allen Posten eingesetzt.
Du produzierst und fertigst sämtliche Speisen auf dem zuständigen Posten
Du planst und organisierst die anfallenden Aufgaben
Du bist verantwortlich für die Ordnung und Sauberkeit am Arbeitsplatz
Einhaltung der Sauberkeit und HACCP Richtlinien

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin
verfügst über Berufserfahrung
Du legst viel Wert auf Regionalität und Hygiene
Kostenbewusstes Arbeiten, sowie sachgemäßer Umgang mit Lebensmitteln und Produkten ist selbstverständlich für dich
Du kennst den fachlichen Umgang mit Geräten und deren Sicherheitsbestimmungen
Du bist ein Teamplayer und stehst deinen Kollegen jederzeit gerne mit Rat und Tat zur Seite
Einsatzbereitschaft, Verlässlichkeit, Selbständigkeit und Pünktlichkeit
Zu Spitzenzeiten bewahrst du einen kühlen Kopf und verlierst nicht den Überblick
