You are comfortable working under time pressure without compromising on quality, and you approach challenges with resilience and a desire to keep learning. /p pYou hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD and have up to three years of professional experience. You are eligible to work in Switzerland and are available to begin the programme on 1 September 2027. /p pWe are looking for candidates who meet these requirements: /p ul liDegree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field (Bachelor's or Master's level), demonstrating a strong academic grounding in financial and quantitative disciplines /li liProficiency in Excel and PowerPoint /li liKnowledge of or strong academic exposure to IFRS accounting standards, with an understanding of how these apply within financial reporting contexts /li liStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, and deliver high-quality outputs under time pressure /li liExcellent written and spoken English, with the ability to present findings clearly to diverse audiences /li /ul pThese are additional nice to haves: /p ul liFamiliarity with reinsurance, insurance, or broader financial services industry /li liInterest in or experience with AI tools and technologies, particularly as they relate to improving financial reporting and analysis /li liKnowledge of data visualisation or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) /li /ul pThe base salary range for this position will be shared with you during the interview process. /p pPlease note: The application process will remain open until at least October 18th.
