You will take ownership of liquidity planning, cash management, financing, banking relationships, and financial risk management across the Group. This is a hands-on leadership role for a treasury professional who combines strong technical expertise with the ability to understand complex cash flows, build trusted internal relationships, and establish structures that create resilience for Belimo worldwide. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and continuously develop the Group Treasury function in alignment with BELIMO's values and leadership principles. /li liEstablish reliable global liquidity planning and create transparency across the Group's cash flows. /li liFurther develop cash management, cash pooling, and intercompany financing structures across key markets and currencies. /li liDefine and implement treasury policies, governance frameworks, standards, and internal controls. /li liLead financing activities and manage relationships with banks, investors, rating agencies, and other financing partners. /li liDefine and oversee hedging strategies for foreign exchange, interest rate, and other treasury-related risks. /li liDrive treasury digitalization, automation, process improvements, and high-quality treasury reporting. /li liAdvise Executive Management and Group Finance on strategic initiatives, including MA, investments, and financing projects. /li /ul h3Required Expertise /h3 ul liYou hold a university degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline. A professional treasury qualification and/or MBA is an advantage. /li liYou bring substantial, relevant experience in corporate treasury, ideally gained in a multinational organization with complex international cash flows and group structures. /li liYou have practical expertise in liquidity planning, cash management, cash pooling, intercompany financing, and financial risk management. /li liYou have experience managing complex stakeholder relationships across an international organization, including finance teams, business leaders, subsidiaries, external partners, and financial institutions. /li liYou are familiar with Treasury Management Systems, banking platforms, treasury digitalization, and the treasury-related implications of IFRS. /li liYou communicate confidently in English, both verbally and in writing. is a strong plus and will help you build meaningful connections across Belimo. /li liYou are reliable, accountable, and pragmatic, with strong analytical skills and the confidence to make well-founded decisions. /li liYou are a credible and collaborative leader who builds trust, communicates complex topics clearly, and enjoys developing both people and structures. /li /ul h3People at Belimo /h3 pSmart buildings start with dedicated people.
