Job Description

As Junior Relationship Manager / Business Developer within the Corporate Business Line, you support the development and servicing of corporate clients, with a particular focus on treasury, FX, securities and broader institutional banking needs.

You work closely with senior colleagues and internal stakeholders to support existing client relationships, identify new business opportunities and progressively build your own client portfolio and commercial responsibility.

The role is designed for someone who wants to develop into an independent Corporate Relationship Manager / Business Developer over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the management and development of existing corporate client relationships.
• Act as a contact point for day-to-day client requests and coordinate internally to ensure timely execution and follow-up.
• Support the acquisition of new corporate clients and contribute to prospecting activities.
• Develop a strong understanding of clients’ business models, treasury structures, currency exposures and investment needs.
• Identify opportunities related to FX, securities, custody and other relevant Institutional services.
• Support client meetings, prepare relevant information and ensure appropriate follow-up and documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of commercial proposals, pricing requests and special conditions in line with the applicable approval framework.
• Support client onboarding, account opening and lifecycle activities together with Support, BRM, Compliance and other relevant teams.
• Monitor business activity, client potential and agreed commercial objectives.
• Escalate material client, operational or business risks to the appropriate senior colleague or manager.
• Work closely with Trading, Product, Operations and other internal stakeholders to deliver an efficient client experience.
• Contribute to market analysis, business development initiatives and continuous improvement of the Corporate offering.

Qualifications

• First professional experience in banking, financial services, treasury, corporate banking or another client-facing financial role.
• Strong interest in Corporate Relationship Management and Business Development.
• Basic understanding of FX, financial markets, securities and corporate treasury topics.
• Commercial mindset with strong client orientation.
• Structured, reliable and able to manage several topics in parallel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and willing to take increasing ownership over time.
• Comfortable working across teams and functions.
• French: fluent or native-level required – English: professional working proficiency – required
• German: strong advantage.
