Associate Director, Digital Change Lead

Johnson & Johnson seeks an Associate Director to lead digital transformation and modernization of the Clinical Risk Management function across multiple countries. This strategic role involves defining digital strategy, managing solution lifecycles, establishing governance frameworks, and overseeing data standards and vendor relationships.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain Clinical Risk Management digital strategy, roadmap, investment priorities, and value measures
- Provide accountable leadership for digital solution lifecycles and major modernization initiatives
- Design and chair decision-making governance mechanisms for demand, change, risk, and investment prioritization
- Set direction for data quality, master data, taxonomy, metadata standards, and analytics accessibility
- Represent Clinical Risk Management in enterprise and cross-functional forums; partner on shared digital initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in scientific, technology, data, engineering, business, or related discipline
- Significant experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, biologics, or technology sectors
- Demonstrated leadership in digital strategy, portfolio management, and organizational change
- Strong capability in data governance, quality standards, and compliance frameworks
- Experience designing governance structures and managing cross-functional priorities
- Vendor management and commercial leadership in technology service delivery
