We offer a fixed-term contract for 18 months. In this role, you will support and improve financial planning and analysis activities, helping strengthen reporting, business insights and decision-making across the organization. /ph3Key Responsibilities: /h3ulliDeliver timely, accurate monthly and quarterly actuals and budget reporting across all applicable platforms (Bravo, TM1, ERP, CFIN) /liliCover approximately 10 legal entities across Switzerland and Germany /liliEnsure financial reporting aligns with applicable governance and control requirements /liliLead clear and effective communication with senior management and finance teams /liliConduct analysis and present insights for SOX reviews, including headcount bridges, PL scorecards and ad hoc analysis /liliCommunicate priorities, set clear expectations and ensure strict deadlines are met across finance teams /liliValidate data inputs and work with finance teams to explain major changes versus the previous update cycle or reporting period /liliControl and manage support function spend /liliHold quarterly reviews with business partners to discuss key spend drivers and variances /liliMonitor and control support function spend and headcount across Finance, HR, Procurement, Business IT and Operations IT /liliReview and approve purchase orders in line with budget availability and governance requirements /liliPrepare journal entries, including accruals, reclasses and prepayments /liliDrive FPA harmonization, standardization and continuous improvement across the Centre of Excellence /liliIdentify and implement automation opportunities that improve reporting efficiency, strengthen business continuity and make effective use of available data analytics tools, including Alteryx and Power BI /liliPlay an active role in finance transformation initiatives, supporting implementation, adoption and change management across teams /li /ulh3Qualifications Education: /h3pUniversity/Master’s Degree or Equivalent in Finance, Accounting or Economics /ph3Experience and Skills: /h3h3Required: /h3ulli3–5 years of relevant finance experience, ideally in FPA, reporting, accounting or business partnering /liliStrong analytical approach, with the ability to simplify complex business issues and translate financial data into clear insights /liliProven track record to manage projects and processes with accuracy, structure and attention to detail /liliSolid understanding of financial reporting, including balance sheet and P/L reconciliation in line with JJ Worldwide Procedures, DCMs, SOPs and ICH requirements /liliStrong sense of urgency, sound judgment and the ability to take appropriate action independently /liliCollaborative team player who can work effectively in virtual and cross-functional environments /liliExcellent communication, business partnering and influencing skills, including the ability to align collaborators across cultures on financial priorities, constraints and difficult decisions /liliHighly computer literate, with experience using ERP systems (preferably SAP P01 and S4 Hana) and Microsoft Office tools /liliConfident English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage /li /ulh3Preferred Skills: /h3ulliAnalytical Reasoning /liliBusiness Behavior /liliConfidentiality /liliConsulting /liliData Savvy /liliEconometric Models /liliExecution Focus /liliFinancial Data Management /liliFinancial Modeling /liliFinancial Planning /liliFinancial Reports /liliFinancial Risk Management (FRM) /liliProcess Oriented /li /ulpAt Johnson Johnson, we believe health is everything.
