Mission Nous recherchons un(e) Engineering Team Leader pour piloter une équipe spécialistes et accompagner la transformation et l'internalisation des activités d'ingénierie. Missions :
- Manager, accompagner et développer une équipe d'ingénieurs.
- Définir l'organisation, les rôles et les modes de fonctionnement de l'équipe.
- Piloter la transition d'activités externalisées vers une organisation interne.
- Assurer le transfert et la capitalisation des connaissances.
- Garantir le respect des processus, standards de qualité, sécurité et bonnes pratiques engineering.
- Suivre la capacité, la charge et la performance de l'équipe.
- Identifier les axes d'amélioration et optimiser les processus et outils.
- Participer aux recrutements, à la gestion des ressources et à la planification des besoins futurs.
- Assurer le suivi des risques et la bonne réalisation des engagements de delivery.
- 8 ans d'expérience minimum en software engineering, system engineering ou domaine similaire.
- Expérience confirmée en management d'équipes techniques.
- Expérience en transformation organisationnelle, internalisation ou externalisation.
- Une expérience dans un environnement critique, réglementé ou fortement sécurisé est un plus.
- Excellentes compétences en leadership, communication et gestion des parties prenantes.
- Bonnes capacités d'organisation, de planification et de résolution de problèmes.
- Solide compréhension du cycle de développement logiciel et des pratiques qualité.
- Esprit d'amélioration continue et capacité à accompagner le changement.
