Microsoft 365 Collaboration Engineer (80-100%)brCollaboration Engineers are responsible for enabling, managing, and monitoring collaboration services within Microsoft 365. This role requires strong expertise in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem to ensure seamless communication, collaboration, and user adoption across the organization. brParticipate in and contribute to projects involving the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions. brDesign and define software and technical architectures leveraging Microsoft 365 services. brCreate, maintain, and update project documentation and deliverables. brDevelop user guides, training materials, and awareness sessions to maximize user adoption and effective utilization of collaboration tools. brStay informed about Microsoft 365 developments, industry best practices, and emerging technologies. brProactively identify opportunities to improve existing services and recommend innovative solutions to enhance collaboration, productivity, and user experience. brApprenticeship or Degree in Computer Science, engineering, or relevant field. br~Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and the Power Platform. br~ Strong automation mindset with hands-on experience in PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and related technologies. br~ Good understanding of Microsoft Entra ID Active Directory. br~ Microsoft certifications, CompTIA A+, or equivalent). br~ Ability to independently manage projects, technical tasks, and troubleshooting activities. br~ We firmly believe that building Diverse Teams contributes to our successes and to deliver on this, we actively embed Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in our business strategy. brIt is an exciting time to join our Teams.
