Senior UX/UI Designer - Digital Wealth and Credit Platform (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben:
- Verantwortung für den gesamten UI/UX-Bereich innerhalb des Projekts
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Corporate Design- und CI/CD-Richtlinien in allen Frontends
- Erstellung von Screen Flows sowie Unterstützung bei Prozessdesigns, Szenarien und Personas
- Entwicklung von klickbaren Mock-ups und Prototypen in Figma basierend auf Business- und Datenanforderungen
- Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung bestehender User Journeys
- Erstellung und Pflege von JIRA Tickets zur Schliessung bestehender UX-/CI-CD-Gaps
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Epic- und Feature-Ownern sowie Entwicklungsteams
- Präsentation von Prozessen, Konzepten und Mock-ups gegenüber Stakeholdern
- Unterstützung entlang der gesamten UI/UX Value Chain
- Ansprechpartner/in für das Digital Business Team und laufende Kommunikation zu Fortschritten
- Analyse, Validierung und Challenge von Business Requirements gemeinsam mit Fachbereichen und Endanwendern
- Durchführung von Usability Tests inklusive Szenarien-Erstellung, Testdurchführung sowie Analyse und Dokumentation der Ergebnisse
Dein Profil:
- Senior UI/UX Designer:in, Erfahrung in grossen Frontend-Projekten innerhalb der Finanzbranche von Vorteil
- Tiefgehendes Know-how in UX/UI-Prozessen und User-Centered Design
- Sehr gute Erfahrung in der Erstellung klickbarer Mock-ups mit Figma
- Starke Business-Analyse-Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung in der Übersetzung von Anforderungen in klare Spezifikationen
- Sehr gutes Verständnis für Corporate Design und Styleguide-konforme Umsetzung
- Technisches Verständnis von Softwareentwicklungsprozessen und digitalen Plattformen
- Erfahrung mit agilen Projektmethoden sowie im Schreiben von User Stories
- Erfahrung in der Optimierung von Prozessen sowie im Aufbau effizienter Arbeitsweisen, Templates und Tools
- Kenntnisse des Schweizer Vorsorgesystems (3a / Freizügigkeit / 3b) und von Hypothekarprozessen von Vorteil
- Erfahrung im Testmanagement ist ein Plus
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
