Workster is partnering with a leading international company in Greece to recruit German-speaking professionals for an exciting B2B sales project.

Your Role

• Contact potential business clients via phone and email.
• Manage and track your own sales pipeline and performance.
• Consult with small-to-medium-sized businesses to understand their needs.
• Develop and implement tailored sales strategies for your client portfolio.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and grow accounts.
• Deliver a professional, solution-oriented customer experience at all times.

Your Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales is required.
• Native or fluent in German and good command of English.
• Strong motivation to achieve targets and succeed in a competitive environment.
• Proven ability to generate and close business opportunities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
