IT Security Architect
Obiettivo
Il/la Candidato/a ideale, persona esperta e motivata, con capacità di leadership verrà inserito/a presso la sede luganese e farà parte del team IT Security Architecture & Operations con l'obiettivo di allineare gli obiettivi aziendali ai requisiti di sicurezza IT, definendo obiettivi e standard di sicurezza e architettura, progettando sistemi robusti e guidando le decisioni tecnologiche per mantenere l'organizzazione resiliente di fronte alle minacce in evoluzione.
Principali responsabilità
- Definire e mantenere gli standard, i framework e le linee guida per l'architettura di sicurezza IT aziendale.
- Garantire la conformità alle normative e alle best practice di settore (PCI-DSS, NIST CSF).
- Progettare e revisionare sistemi IT, applicazioni e infrastrutture traducendo i requisiti aziendali in soluzioni tecniche sicure, applicando principi come Zero Trust, Defense in Depth e integrazione con sistemi di rilevamento e risposta automatizzati.
Requisiti per la posizione
- Laurea triennale in informatica o sicurezza informatica
- Laurea magistrale in cybersecurity, architettura IT o specializzazione equivalente
- Almeno 5 anni di esperienza comprovata come IT Security Architect o in un ruolo senior simile in ambito sicurezza o architettura
- Personalità con capacità di leadership e attitudine all'analisi strutturata e all'astrazione
- Esperienza in valutazioni del rischio, threat modeling e revisioni di architettura di sicurezza
- Ottime capacità comunicative e di lavoro in team
- Inglese e italiano fluenti; tedesco è un plus
- Certificazioni di sicurezza come CISSP, CISM, SABSA, TOGAF o equivalenti sono un vantaggio
- Solida conoscenza di framework e standard di sicurezza come NIST CSF; esperienza con PCI-DSS è un plus
