Ihre Aufgaben
Sie unterstützen ein Investment Team aktiv im Tagesgeschäft in allen organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben. Sie organisieren Termine, Meetings und Veranstaltungen und übernehmen das Reise- und Kalendermanagement. Sie kommunizieren gewandt mit internen und externen Partnern in Englisch und Deutsch (mündlich und schriftlich). Zudem erstellen Sie Präsentationen und Berichte und verwalten Verträge sowie Dokumente. Auch unterstützen Sie bei der Spesenabwicklung, bei der Pflege von Datenbanken und dem Reporting.
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung
- Weiterbildung als Direktionsassistent/in mit eidg. Fachausweis von Vorteil
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in einer Assistenz-Funktion in einem internationalen Umfeld
- Fliessendes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Hervorragende organisatorische Fähigkeiten und eine hohe Detailgenauigkeit
- Diskretion, Belastbarkeit und die Fähigkeit, Prioritäten effektiv zu setzen
