Senior SIRH Project Manager

Pour le compte d’un groupe international basé dans la région de Neuchatel,, nous recherchons un·e Senior HRIS Project Manager dans le cadre de la transformation des systèmes d’information RH.
Votre mission
Au cœur d’un programme stratégique de modernisation RH, vous pilotez la migration du système actuel vers SAP SuccessFactors. En parallèle, vous accompagnez la Direction RH sur divers projets transverses à l’échelle du Groupe.
Vos responsabilités
- Gestion du projet SuccessFactors (~70%)
-Piloter la migration de SAP HCM vers SuccessFactors (budget, délais, qualité)
-Coordonner l’ensemble des parties prenantes : intégrateurs, IT, partenaires externes et équipes RH locales
-Garantir la fiabilité, la cohérence et la qualité des données RH
-Maintenir et optimiser la structure organisationnelle globale
-Former et accompagner les utilisateurs RH dans l’adoption des nouveaux processus et outils
-Conduire le changement auprès des différentes parties prenantes
- Support à la Direction RH (~30%)
-Identifier et proposer des optimisations des processus RH
-Participer à des projets stratégiques Groupe
-Produire des analyses et reportings RH
Votre profil
- Formation supérieure en Ressources Humaines et/ou gestion de projet
- Expérience confirmée dans un rôle similaire avec gestion de projets SIRH
- Excellente maîtrise de SAP SuccessFactors et SAP HCM
- Forte appétence pour l’analyse de données et excellente maîtrise d’Excel
- Esprit analytique, rigueur, autonomie et sens des priorités
- Bon relationnel, esprit d’équipe et capacité à évoluer dans un environnement exigeant
- Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais
