Datacenter Network Engineer
Zurich, Switzerland | 1-Year Contract
Join a fast-paced data center environment and lead critical infrastructure projects. We're looking for a hands-on Datacenter Network Engineer with strong troubleshooting, leadership, and project execution experience.
What you'll bring:
4+ years in Data Center/IT Infrastructure operations
Experience leading small teams (2-3 engineers)
Strong server & network hardware troubleshooting skills
Structured cabling, fiber & rack deployment expertise
Knowledge of Routers, Switches, Firewalls & load balancers
Experience with MMR, MDF/IDF, cages & shared DC environments
Basic WAN/LAN, cloud & OS upgrade knowledge
Incident management & stakeholder communication skills
Flexible for travel, emergency support & after-hours work
Additional requirements:
Own laptop, hotspot & PPE; comfortable supporting installations and migrations, including working on ladders and scissor lifts.
