Sr Manager - Finance Transformation - Close & Consolidation

Your Mission
Join a specialized and ambitious team at the heart of financial transformations for large international groups. As a Senior Manager, you will support multinational clients in modernizing their record-to-report, financial close and group reporting processes – combining business expertise, strategic vision and cutting-edge technologies.
You will play a key role both in business development and in the delivery of high-value projects.
Your Responsibilities
Business development : actively identify and develop client opportunities, lead go-to-market initiatives and build lasting relationships with senior finance stakeholders
Strategic advisory : guide clients in designing, optimizing and standardizing their financial close processes (close calendars, governance, controls)
Project delivery : lead project teams on end-to-end finance transformation engagements covering accounting, group reporting, consolidation and close acceleration
Target operating model : advise clients on finance function operating models, including roles, responsibilities and process ownership
Technology ecosystem : develop and maintain strategic partnerships with ERP / EPM / Fast Close technology providers
Client engagement : lead high-level workshops and discussions on close quality, accounting efficiency and enabling technologies
People development : manage, coach and develop team members on record-to-report and close excellence topics
Your Profile
Education : Master's degree in economics, finance, accounting or (business) informatics; CPA or equivalent is a strong plus
Experience : minimum 7 years in finance consulting or audit / advisory, with a strong focus on record-to-report, financial close or group reporting
Business expertise : deep knowledge of accounting, consolidation and close processes in a multinational environment
Transformation : proven track record in finance transformation initiatives and process optimization
Technology : strong interest in finance systems, automation and close acceleration tools; hands-on experience with ERP, consolidation or close management platforms is a clear advantage
Communication : excellent interpersonal skills, confident in C-level discussions
Languages : fluent English is a must; German and/or French is a strong plus
