Senior Techno Functional Analyst - Supply Planning & External Collaboration
Biogen
Senior techno-functional analyst supporting Biogen's global supply chain planning operations, with focus on Kinaxis implementation and adoption. Acts as primary IT expert for supply planning applications, translating business requirements into technical solutions while working with stakeholders across global teams.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary IT contact for supply and demand planning applications in Baar location
- Support Kinaxis implementation, optimization, and user adoption within dedicated Center of Excellence
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting, configuration, and system enhancements for planning applications
- Partner with supply chain planners to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Coordinate with global IT teams, vendors, and business analysts to resolve issues and deliver improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years experience in pharmaceutical supply chain application development or stakeholder management
- 6+ years IT project management, application support, or system enhancements experience
- Hands-on experience with Kinaxis advanced planning system
- Knowledge of SAP or Oracle ERP systems and planning master data management
- Understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements including GAMP 5 and FDA 21 CFR Parts 210, 211
- Experience with external manufacturing partner collaboration systems such as E2open
