Lead R&D Engineer

At Lonvia, we believe the home should not just be a shelter, but a therapeutic instrument – a space that actively heals, regulates, and restores the human nervous system. While our launch centres on a category-defining circadian light system, Lonvia is building a modular ecosystem of biomechanical and environmental products. From adaptive light to atmospheric recovery and ergonomic biological support, we are designing the "invisible architecture" that allows the human body to function as intended.
We are seeking an ambitious, Switzerland-based Lead R&D Engineer to be the technical architect of this multi-product roadmap. You will own the technical "brain" of the Lonvia ecosystem. Your role is to define the hardware-software logic that will govern our initial product and the biomechanical innovations that follow. You will be responsible for creating a modular, "set-and-forget" infrastructure that bridges the gap between clinical-grade science and high-end residential design.
