Your contribution to KPMG

• Berate zusammen mit den jeweiligen Projektteams Banken, Versicherungen und weitere Finanzdienstleister zu rechtlichen, regulatorischen und Compliance-relevanten Fragestellungen
• Verfasse rechtliche und regulatorische Abklärungen, Analysen und Stellungnahmen für nationale und internationale Kunden
• Analysiere die Auswirkungen neuer oder geänderter Regulierung auf Finanzdienstleister, insbesondere auf Geschäftsmodelle, Prozesse, Produkte und Governance-Strukturen
• Unterstütze Kunden bei der Überprüfung, Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Compliance-Frameworks, Richtlinien, Kontrollen und internen Vorgaben
• Begleite Projekte in den Bereichen Finanzmarktrecht, Aufsichtsrecht, Conduct, Governance, Financial Crime und regulatorische Transformation
• Unterstütze bei regulatorischen Prüfungen, Untersuchungen, Bewilligungs- und Lizenzierungsverfahren sowie weiteren aufsichtsrechtlichen Themen
• Übernimm Projektverantwortung, einschliesslich Koordination, Ressourcenplanung, Qualitätssicherung, Kundenkommunikation und Führung von Teilprojekten
• Unterstütze das Team bei Marktbearbeitungskampagnen, Offerten, Fachpublikationen, Präsentationen und interner Wissensentwicklung

This is what makes you successful

• 4-8 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Legal, Regulation, Compliance oder Financial Services
• Erfahrung mit Banken, Versicherungen oder weiteren Finanzdienstleistern, idealerweise aus Beratung, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Audit oder einer aufsichtsnahen Funktion
• Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Rechtswissenschaften, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich; zusätzliche Weiterbildungen sind ein Plus
• Fundiertes Interesse am Finanzmarkt sowie an rechtlichen, regulatorischen und Compliance-relevanten Themen
• Fähigkeit, komplexe Fragestellungen strukturiert zu analysieren und praxisorientierte Lösungen für Kunden zu entwickeln
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; gute Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
• Hohe Kunden- und Teamorientierung, Eigeninitiative sowie eine strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Belastbare, motivierte und unternehmerisch denkende Persönlichkeit mit Freude an Projektarbeit und fachlicher Weiterentwicklung
