Shore Excursion Manager

Your Purpose

As a Shorex Manager, you will design and manage unforgettable shore excursion experiences for our guests. You’ll oversee all aspects of tour planning and operations, working closely with local partners and the onboard team to deliver seamless, safe, and enjoyable excursions. Your work will ensure our guests have memorable adventures at every destination.

Your Impact

Your Journey So Far

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

Experience: At least two or three years in a similar role within the cruise industry.

Languages: Fluent in English and at least two additional European languages.

Skills: Strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and a focus on delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Knowledge: Understanding of shore excursion planning, operations, and guest service excellence.
