-Akquisition von Neukunden und Aufbau langfristiger Geschäftsbeziehungen
-Kreative Kundensuche über verschiedene Kanäle (Social Media, Netzwerke oder Events)
-Unterstützung des Sales Director und Business Development Manager bei der Verhandlung und dem Abschluss von Verkaufschancen, um die Verkaufsziele zu erreichen
-Aufbau von Beziehungen zu Betriebsleitern und Unterstützungsfunktionen.
-Sie entwickeln und erstellen außergewöhnliche Verkaufs- und Ausschreibungsunterlagen und -präsentationen, die den Unternehmensstandards entsprechen.
-Schärfung des Unternehmensprofils durch Repräsentation von CBRE bei Branchenveranstaltungen und Networking-Events und Förderung eines stets professionellen Images.
-Halten Sie den Business Development Manager über alle Aktivitäten auf dem Laufenden und bereiten Sie wöchentlich die vom Vertriebsleiter benötigten Daten vor.
-Führen von Aufzeichnungen und relevanten Vertragsunterlagen zur Unterstützung von Ausschreibungen und Neuausschreibungen für das Unternehmen. Ihr Profil: -Kaufmännische Grundausbildung, Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Facility Management oder Betriebswirtschaft
-Berufserfahrung in einem Vertriebsumfeld oder Personalberatung von grossem Vorteil
-Erfahrung mit der Einhaltung knapper Fristen
-Erfahrung in der Erstellung detaillierter schriftlicher Dokumente und Berichte auf hohen Standard
-Ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch und Englisch.
-Spaß haben an einer schnelllebigen Verkaufsumgebung haben.
