Job Summary: nReporting to our Director, Talent Acquisition, you will have a proven track record of successfully sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in various roles, ideally corporate and high volume. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. nIn this role, you will be responsible for supporting our corporate recruiting initiatives and fostering positive relationships with our hiring managers throughout our organization. nThis position is included in our hybrid work policy and is required to work in person from our Woodland Hills, CA office every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday. nJob Responsibilities: nnSource, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles across different departments; nCollaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies; nDevelop strong relationships and partner with hiring manager, business leaders and Employee Relations; nEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding; nDevelop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including leveraging social media, job boards, and networking events; nMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS); nMaintain career opportunities section on SharePoint, Viking website, and other recruiting mediums; nPrepare from start to finish the entire hiring cycle from Intake, developing interview architecture, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, debrief, and offer negotiation; nStay informed about industry trends and labor market conditions to provide insights and recommendations to hiring managers; nEnsure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and company policies; n nJob Requirements: nnExperience: 3+ years of recruitment experience in both staffing agency and corporate environments; nProficiency with sourcing and candidate assessment skills; nExperience using LinkedIn Recruiter to build pipelines of passive candidates; nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills; nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment; nProficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools; nKnowledge of employment laws and regulations; n nWhat We Offer You: nnHighly competitive compensation plan. ; nnSalary range $80,000 - $95,000 annually determined by a myriad of factors including, but not limited to, years of experience, depth of experience, and other relevant business considerations.; nEmployees are eligible for annual discretionary bonus.; n401(k) plan with company match.; n nFull benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance at a highly subsidized rate (some plans are fully paid by Viking).; nAccrue 15 paid vacation days, sick time accrual by state, and 6 paid holidays per year.; nOpportunity to take a free and/or discounted cruise.; nHighly subsidized gym membership.; nDiscounts on theatres, theme parks, movie tickets, travel discounts through IATA membership and too many more discounts to name.; n nViking is a certified Great Place to Work company.
