Your Role

In this dynamic sales position, you will drive market development with panel builders across the northwestern region of German-speaking Switzerland. You will identify market opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and successfully position our electrical power distribution solutions. Working closely with internal teams, sales partners, and key stakeholders, you will directly contribute to sustainable business growth.

Work model: Hybrid

This role is part of the Electrification, Smart Power Division in Baden, Aargau, Switzerland .

Your Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by identifying new market opportunities, building a sustainable sales pipeline in Salesforce, and developing targeted business strategies.
• Manage customer projects from opportunity identification through successful closure, developing tailored technical and commercial solutions together with internal teams and partners.
• Foster long-term partnerships through proactive needs identification, expert consultation, and excellent customer service throughout the entire sales cycle.
• Coordinate all relevant stakeholders and ensure professional sales processes through clear communication regarding lead times, commercial terms, and contractual conditions.

Your Background

• Several years of successful experience in technical sales or project sales, ideally within switchgear, power distribution, or building technologies, with a proven track record of delivering results.
• Technical background with a relevant degree, diploma, or vocational qualification in electrical engineering, power distribution, or a related field.
• Ability to navigate complex sales processes and communicate effectively with decision-makers at all organizational levels.
• Demonstrated strength in building sustainable customer relationships through a partnership-oriented approach.
• Strategic consulting skills related to business models, market positioning, and competitive differentiation.
• Structured, solution-oriented working style with strong prioritization skills and adaptability in dynamic environments.
• Languages: Native French speaker required; German language skills are an advantage. Additional languages are welcome.Valid Category B driving license and legal authorization to work in Switzerland.
