This winter, guests can savour modern Japanese cuisine at the seasonal Zuma Pop-Up restaurant, indulge in rejuvenating treatments by world-leading wellness partners in the cutting-edge spa, and embrace immersive experiences - from private ski tours to chef-curated menus - tailored to their discerning tastes. Mission
- Support daily operations within the assigned department while ensuring the highest standards of service and guest experience.
- Assist the team in delivering exceptional service in accordance with the property's luxury standards and procedures.
- Contribute to the smooth running of daily operations across Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, or Front of House departments.
- Develop professional skills through hands-on experience within a luxury hospitality environment.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless guest service and operational excellence.
- Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail in all interactions with guests and colleagues.
- Currently enrolled in a recognized hospitality school or relevant educational program.
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality, internships, or customer service is an asset.
- Fluent in French and English; additional languages are highly appreciated.
- Passionate about luxury hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Flexible, reliable, and available throughout the winter season.
- Well-presented with a professional attitude.
