Make It Uniquely Yours. /h3 h3Supply Chain Excellence/Integrated Lean 6 Sigma Program Leadership, Governance and Execution. /h3 ul liDevelop and globally deploy the IL6S framework, methodologies, assessment tools, maturity models and governance routines /li liLead global benchmarking to identify best end-to-end practices and improvement opportunities. /li liLead maturity assessments, performance dialogues, and compliance monitoring. /li liDrive global alignment and standardization of key supply chain processes. /li liIdentify and mitigate program-level risks; escalate as needed. /li liSupport sites with diagnostics, structured problem solving, and improvement roadmaps. /li liBuild capabilities through training, coaching, and mentoring of site/regional teams /li liMentor site and regional teams to strengthen their leadership in continuous improvement. /li /ul h3Leads and works cross functionally to strengthen E2E capability /h3 ul liPartner with Engineering, Quality, Planning, Finance, Mondelez Digital Services, and Procurement /li liLead cross-functional initiatives on asset reliability, sustainability, and cost competitiveness /li /ul h3Digital Transformation /h3 ul liSupport deployment of digital tools, advanced analytics, and IoT solutions across sites /li liDevelop programs with Global Capability team to increase IL6S mastery (Gemba IL6S Academies) /li /ul h3Performance Management /h3 ul liTrack KPIs for the network; drive data quality and harmonization /li liReport global trends and inform strategic decisions /li /ul h3What you will bring: /h3 pA desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: /p ul li20+ years in end-to-end Supply Chain with proven Manufacturing leadership experience; Engineering degree required /li liDeep expertise in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), LEAN Six Sigma, and IL6S (hands-on implementation) /li liProven Manufacturing leadership; Plant leader experience required, multi-site leadership preferred as well as of operational excellence programs at scale across global manufacturing networks /li liStrong strategic thinking, complex problem solving, and ability to influence from execution level to steering committee /li liStrong stakeholder management and the ability to positively influence decision making across cross-functional and cross-regional teams /li liStrong coaching and capability-building orientation with proven ability to develop resources and build effective teams across all levels and geographies. /li liStrong governance and program management skills with ability to drive drumbeat and deliver large programs across multiple regions/markets /li /ul h3Core Competencies /h3 ul liTechnically competent (strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain) along with strong leadership experience. /li liManufacturing Operations Technical knowledge and experience is a MUST. /li liExperience in TPM, LEAN 6 sigma tools and concepts and hands-on implementation experience. /li liDeep knowledge of IL6S is critical. /li liDemonstrated leadership in strategic, analytical and critical thinking, strong ability to solve complex problems and brings a growth mindset and translating into action. /li liStrong stakeholder management and ability to influence positively in decision making /li liStrong communication, collaboration and team building skills across all levels and geographies /li liEngineering Degree required. Min. 20+ years in e2e Supply Chain experiences. /li liKeen sense of consumer and business trends, and how they will impact Supply Chain delivery capability over time /li /ul h3Measure of success /h3 ul liOEE, yield, waste, and gross productivity improvements /li liStandardization rate of operational processes /li liSite maturity progression in IL6S assessments /li liCapability qualifications and skill-building metrics /li liDigital tools adoption and measurable impact /li /ul h3Geographical coverage /h3 ul liGlobal Role with responsibility over all regions and designated mature sites. /li liExpected travel: 30-40% /li /ul h3Salary and Benefits: /h3 pThe base salary range for this position is $174,100 to $287,265; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location.
