Ihre Aufgaben
Sie sind verantwortlich für die Leitung des HLKK+S-Teams in der Abteilung Building Design, bestehend aus einem Team von HLKK+S-Ingenieurinnen/ -Ingenieuren, Fachbauleitern und Auszubildenden:
- Fachliche und organisatorische Führung aller Mitarbeitenden des Teams
- Ressourcenmanagement
- Mitarbeiterbetreuung und Coaching
- Fachliche Weiterentwicklung und Schulung des Teams
- Rekrutierung von neuen Mitarbeitenden
Darüber hinaus sind Ihre Aufgaben:
- Pflege und Entwicklung eines Netzwerks von SMEs
- Entwicklung von Standards im Bereich HLKK+S
- Knowledge Management
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachabteilungen und Business Units
- Kalkulation von Angeboten für Projekte und Festlegung von Projekt-Deliverables für den Teil HLKK+S, sowie Strategiefestlegung für HLKK+S in Projekten
- Unterstützung von Geschäftsentwicklung und Marketing
- Entwicklung von Best Practices und Austausch von Erfahrungen aus jedem Projekt
- Aufbau von Beziehungen zu wichtigen Kunden
- Verständnis für die Anfragen unserer Kunden
Ihr Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Gebäudetechnik, Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik oder anderweitig vergleichbaren Fachrichtungen
- Respektive Ausbildung zum Gebäudetechnikplaner/in Lüftung oder Heizung-Kälte mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung/Weiterbildung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projektteams oder als Leiter einer verwandten Abteilung in der Life-Science-Industrie
- Exzellente Kenntnisse im Bereich der technischen Gebäudeplanung, im Life-Science-Umfeld und darüber hinaus
- Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis der Schnittstellen und über den Fachbereich hinaus
- Vertiefte Kenntnisse länderspezifischen Anforderungen (z.B. SIA 108) und der gängigen Guidelines, wie zum Beispiel suissetec
- Erfahrung in der Abwicklung von Grossprojekten
- Planungs- und Organisationsgeschick, konzeptionelle und kommunikative Fähigkeiten als auch hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Eigeninitiative und Teamgeist
Reisen zu den verschiedenen Standorten von BakerHicks und den Projekt-Sites sowie die aktive Teilnahme und Überwachung der laufenden Projekte, erfordern ein hohes Mass an Mobilität und sind für Sie selbstverständlich.
