Job Description

We are seeking a professional and organised Sales Assistant to join our team at Globus Zurich on a part-time basis (50%). In this role, you will provide essential support to our sales department, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be efficient, detail-oriented, and committed to supporting our sales objectives whilst maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including order processing, documentation, and record management • Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally, offering product information and assistance • Maintain accurate and organised records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions • Assist with the coordination of sales meetings, presentations, and client events
• Manage sales materials, brochures, and inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained • Support the preparation of sales proposals and quotations • Liaise between customers and the sales team to ensure seamless communication • Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and scheduling • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role • Excellent organisational and time-keeping skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks • Strong communication and people skills, with a customer-focused approach • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all work undertaken • Professional demeanour and ability to work effectively within a team • Desirable: Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software • Desirable: Multilingual abilities (German, French, or Italian alongside English) • Desirable: Previous experience in a retail or sales environment
