Im Interesse von Arbeitnehmenden und Firmen trägt das Amt für Arbeit (AFA) dazu bei, den Standort Zürich zu stärken. Im AFA sind die arbeitsmarktpolitischen Kompetenzen gebündelt. Rund 800 Mitarbeitende sind an über 20 Standorten tätig. Der Bereich Qualifizierung für Stellensuchende (QuS) organisiert zusammen mit externen Partnern ein auf den Bedarf des Arbeitsmarktes abgestimmtes Angebot an Arbeitsmarktlichen Massnahmen (AMM). Diese unterstützen die Wiedereingliederung von erwerbslosen Personen in den Arbeitsmarkt.
Wir suchen ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung kompetente Unterstützung für diese spannende Funktion.Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben gehören:
- Die Gewährleistung der korrekten Umsetzung der SECO-Weisungen, insbesondere bezüglich finanzieller Aspekte
- Die Weiterentwicklung der Finanzweisung vom Kanton Zürich für Bildungs- und Beschäftigungsmassnahmen mit Massnahmenpreis und die Umsetzung derselben bei den Anbietenden Institutionen (AIN)
- Die Erstellung von Jahresabschlussweisungen und -dokumenten für die AIN
- Die eigenständige Durchführung der Prüfung sowie die Organisation und Begleitung des Prozesses mit externer Prüfung, die Ausstellung der Management Letters mit den AIN und die Weiterentwicklung der Prüfprozesse von AMM
- Die Prüfung von Investitionsanträgen der AIN sowie die Budgetprüfung und Abnahme von AMM, die nach Massnahmenpreis finanziert sind
- Der Aufbau und die Umsetzung eines Risikomanagements bei QuS in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Qualitätsmanager
- Prozessverantwortung fürs Risikomanagement und stetige Weiterentwicklung desselben
- Verantwortung für IKS innerhalb QuS und als Ansprechperson bei QuS bezüglich IKS AFA
Ihr Profil:
- Bachelorabschluss in BWL
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position / Wirtschaftsprüfung
- Gute Auftritts- und Sozialkompetenz sowie Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein sowohl konzeptuell als auch Hands-on
- Stilsicheres Deutsch
