As our Concierge , you are the master of the WOW factor, welcoming our guests and ensuring their stay is nothing short of spectacular. From making restaurant reservations to organizing ski adventures, you handle it all with grace and efficiency. You tackle guest complaints with a smile, turning any hiccup into a memorable moment. Your role is to drive the Whatever Whenever service philosophy, ensuring that every guest experience is warm, welcoming, and filled with WOW moments.

Experience: You’ve got a background in Concierge/Guest Services within a high-end, lifestyle-focused environment.
People Skills: Your positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills light up any room.

Languages: Fluent in French and English.
Motivation: You’re highly motivated and enthusiastic.
