To further strengthen their team in Grisons (Graubünden), Switzerland, we are currently seeking a qualified professional to permanently join the organization:

SharePoint and Power Platform Engineer

80 – 100%

Your main responsibilities:

Further develop, continuously optimize, and ensure smooth operations with the DMS, SharePoint, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 environment
Analyze, design, implement, and technically manage ICT projects in the SharePoint and Power Platform environment
Support automation and digitalization of processes using Power Platform and scripting
Handle and resolve incidents in 2nd and 3rd level support
Create and maintain technical documentation
Closely collaborate with internal departments to implement requirements effectively and to turn their needs into digital solutions

Your qualifications and experience:

Relevant Swiss working/residency permit and/or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required;
Completed education in IT or equivalent qualification with at least 2+ years of experience in relevant field
Strong practical experience with Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint Online and Power Platform
Very good knowledge of PowerShell and JavaScript for automation and extending M365/SharePoint solutions
Experience with structured data formats such as JSON and XML
Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style
Ability to explain complex technical topics in an understandable way
Team-oriented, independent, and reliable personality
Very good German (spoken and written) and good English skills
